Terms:

- Participants must be at least 13 years old.
- The competition is not purchase-based.
- The competition runs from August 1, 2024, through August 31, 2024.
- The winner's address must be located in Denmark.

How to Participate:

1. Follow us on Instagram or TikTok.
2. Comment on the Lagune giveaway post about what you like best about the Lagune collection.
3. Tag a friend (this is optional).

Winner Selection:

- Winners will be chosen by a random draw and contacted no later than September 2, 2024. If the conditions are met, the winner will be announced on social media in September.

Winner Draw:

- After the competition ends on August 31, 2024, Lakris will draw 3 random winners.
- Winners will be notified directly through the social media platform they used to enter, and arrangements for prize delivery will be made thereafter.

Prizes:

- The prize consists of 3 free pieces of jewelry per winner (value: over 1799 DKK per winner). They will be sent via DAO home delivery or the nearest DAO parcel shop to the winner’s address.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
- Standard complaint rights apply.
- Prizes are sponsored by Lakris.
- There is no limit to the number of times a single participant can enter the competition, but only one prize per participant will be awarded.
- If the conditions are not met, a new winner will be drawn.
- If a winner does not confirm our communication about winning within 30 days after the draw, the prize will be forfeited.
- If prizes are returned to us for any reason, we will contact the winner, and they will need to pay for redelivery. If the winner does not respond to our emails, messages, and phone calls regarding the returned package within 30 days of our first attempt to contact them, the prize will be considered canceled.

Use of Personal Data:

- By participating in the competition, you consent to the registration of your name and other necessary contact details.
- The information you provide in connection with the campaign will also be used for this purpose.
- Data will not be used by third parties.
- Lakris is committed to protecting participants' privacy.
- All personal data provided during registration will be stored securely.

**Changes to Competition Terms:**

- Lakris reserves the right to terminate, modify, or postpone the competition (including all prizes) at any time if there are any reasons the competition cannot be conducted as described.

Note: The owner of Lakris and members of their households are not eligible to participate in the competition.
