Prices
At Lakris, all prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Subject to availability of products.

Payment
Lakris accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and Bank Transfer. The payment will not be charged to your account until the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued products.

Delivery
Lakris aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 PM on the same day; orders placed afterward will be sent the next business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping costs start at 35 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of order.
We do not deliver abroad or to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your goods are shipped with Post Nord or GLS.
**Note:** If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup point, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on all business days. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain products, which will be specified prior to purchase.
Right of Complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint covers material and/or manufacturing defects. You can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/fault. Lakris will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery (COD).
Refunds
In case of a refund, please include your bank details (registration and account number) so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided without risk via email or other electronic forms, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to process the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several stages.
- You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- You receive the first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You must bear the return shipping costs.
The withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase, and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the withdrawal. The notification should be sent by email to info@ladylakris.dk. In the message, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, please fill out the attached Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly informing us.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Items manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed items that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal is broken.
- Services that are non-financial and have begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully provided.
- Delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment thereof, that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements made at a public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also fill out and enclose our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent COD.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must try the item without actually using it.
Water-resistant Jewelry and Semi-Precious Stones
If the product avoids contact with water and is removed at the end of the day, the color will last a lifetime! However, if you wish to wear the product every day, including in the shower, it will retain its color for up to 2 years. While the products are water-resistant, we do not recommend using them in saltwater and avoiding contact with bleach, as it can have a corrosive effect on the gold plating. Some semi-precious stones corrode in water, so we recommend that products with semi-precious stones avoid contact with water.
Jewelry with Semi-Precious Stones
Gemstones and semi-precious stones form slowly in the earth. It often takes thousands of years for a gemstone to form. Their color and shape depend on which other minerals were present in the area and at the depth in the earth where they were formed. Local conditions affect their color, shape, and appearance.
Each stone has its own unique color combination. For many people, this is one of the things that make gemstones exciting and beautiful.
When you purchase your new jewelry with semi-precious stones, your unique piece may therefore vary slightly in appearance from the picture you see on the website.
It is always exciting when you open your gift box to see which colors catch your eye! Your jewelry with semi-precious stones is unique, and you are the only one with that exact combination.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally get the amount you paid to us refunded.
In the case of a value reduction for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
